Teams of 2 relay race...
Two teams against one another- One person on each team starts 15 air squats, 10 push ups, 25 double unders. Then whomever finishes first, gets to a rower to row 200m. The second place finisher needs to do 20 burpees.
Once the partner is done, the second person can start.
